The Applicant must deposit a sum of not less than the established initiation fee and one month of dues and fees at the time of submission for that application. The membership ‘anniversary date’ will be the first day of the month following the application date.

A Business membership includes a single Principal Business Member. The designated Principal Business Member has full use of all club facilities and amenities. The Principal Business Member has one voting right as described in the Club’s by-laws. Recognition of the corporation in Club materials, cart rental, etc. is not included but available.

A Business Member is awarded four (4), 18-hole rounds of golf per day to use at and with their discretion. Guests of the Business Member do not have use of Member areas unless accompanied by the Business Member. Golf cart rental is not included and is the responsibility of the guest or Business Member.

The Business Member is required to contact the Pro Shop to book the tee times.

Business Memberships include a single bench sign advertising at a tee box on the course.

An Advertising membership includes one designated individual annually. The designated member may change on an annual basis on the anniversary date. Advertising for this category can be displayed in the Pro Shop or on the golf course and in the monthly newsletter. Advertising members may play golf as any member of the public is allowed. There are no voting rights with an Advertising membership.

Social members will receive the same discounts on food and beverages and Golf Shop purchases as General members receive. They also get the use of the Club’s pool but do not have golfing or voting rights. If Social members want to play golf, they can book tee times and be charged under the same policies as any other non-member. Social members may play in Club tournaments if they have an established handicap. Social members, who were not previously General members or Social-Plus members within a year period, may convert to a General or Social-Plus membership at any time. The General or Social- Plus membership anniversary date will start on the first of the month following the date on which the application was submitted.

Social-Plus members will get the same benefits as Social members and will get a 15 percent Social-Plus discount on each round of golf they play. This 15 percent discount will be deducted from the non-member greens fee rate only, as it is set throughout the year. There is no limit on the number of rounds that a Social-Plus member is allowed to play. The 15 percent discount will be deducted when paying in the Golf Shop or charged on their monthly billing statement. Social-Plus members may play in Club tournaments if they have an established handicap. Social-Plus members, who were not previously General members within a one-year period, may convert to a General or a Social membership at any time.

A College membership includes an individual enrolled full-time in an institution of higher education, including trade schools, and be under the age of 26. The individual member gets full use of all club facilities and amenities. There are no voting rights with a College membership.

A Junior Membership includes an individual who enrolls prior to their 19th birthday. Enrollment is for a one year period from their enrollment date. The individual member must have an established handicap to play before noon on weekends and holidays. The individual member gets full use of all club facilities and amenities. There are no voting rights with a Junior Membership.

A Barter Membership includes an individual who must make an annual, inkind contribution to the Club equal to or better than the cost of a General membership. A monthly calculation will be made as to the sufficiency of the in-kind contribution. The Club will provide a 1099 IRS form at the end of the calendar year. The individual gets full use of all club facilities and amenities. Voting rights are as described in the Club’s by-laws.

All Memberships applications are subject to Board of Directors approval.

The fees and assessments of all memberships are subject to change as determined by the Board of Directors.

Initiation fees have been suspended but could be reinstated at any time by the Board of Directors.

Cart owners, including Corporate owners, shall not lease or let non-cart owners use their golf carts. No more than two parties may share a cart. Dual ownership is allowed.

Medical leave of absence is optional for a General or Corporate member, including Corporate Associate members. However, upon approval of a medical leave of absence, that membership is converted to a Social membership for that person only. Any family members will no longer have the benefits of Club membership and can only play golf as any non-member is allowed.
